Job Overview

What You’ll Do

· Generate and manage your own leads, listings, and clients across Dubai’s luxury and high-demand property markets.

· Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations with professionalism and impact.

· Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maximise lead conversion and listing visibility.

· Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM.

· Represent the Wealth Key brand with integrity, style, and consistency in every interaction.

What You Bring

· Experience: 1+ years in Dubai real estate sales preferred, but top-performing rookies with the right drive are considered.

· Mindset: Self-motivated, ambitious, results-driven, and professional under pressure.

· Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities; tech-savvy and able to use CRM and portals effectively.

· Presentation: Polished, client-focused, and professional at all times.

· License: UAE driving license required; RERA certification preferred but not mandatory.
