Job Overview:
You’re not here to maintain. You’re here to build & scale. We’re building a performance culture driven by structure, skill, and speed. If you can lead, train, and close, this is your platform to build a powerhouse team under the Wealth Key brand.
What You’ll Lead
· Manage and coach a team of 20-40 property consultants for both primary and secondary markets.
· Set and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs aligned with company growth goals.
· Conduct daily sales huddles, deal reviews, and agent performance assessments.
· Recruit, onboard, and train high-potential agents using proven sales frameworks.
· Oversee listing standards, pricing accuracy, and conversion ratios.
· Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead flow, campaigns, and ROI.
· Drive a high-performance culture built on accountability, speed, and results.
What You Bring
· Experience: 3–5+ years in Dubai real estate with proven team leadership.
· Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
· Expertise: Deep knowledge of off-plan & secondary markets, Dubai property portals, RERA documentation, and DLD compliance.
· Leadership: Strong communicator, natural motivator, structured operator.
· Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven, calm under pressure, relentlessly goal-oriented.
· License: RERA certificate preferred. UAE driving license mandatory.
